EMMA PAGE: HEAD DIRECTOR
Hi my name is Emma Page and I am the head director for 2019’s Hunua Easter Camp. I have been the Northern Presbytery Youth Coordinator for five years and look forward to meeting everyone who will attend camp! I am excited to see what God will do in the lives of those who attend Easter Camp as it provides opportunities for deeper connections with God and new friendships to form. Not to mention all the fun activities that will be on offer too!
Hi everyone my name is Josh Dunne and I am one of the directors for Hunua Easter Camp this year. I am currently the Youth Minister at Glenfield Presbyterian Church and have been there for about two and a half years now. Prior to this I was a PYM youth ministry intern, studying a bachelor degree in theology and also working in youth ministry.
Second Year as a Director! I am so excited to be back and leading another Hunua Easter Camp! In my day job I am a high school English teacher at Mahurangi College and I have a passion for working with young people. I am the youth leader at Somervell Presbyterian Church in Remuera.
Easter is one of my favorite weeks of the year and it’s all because of Hunua. I love catching up with old mates and meeting new campers, having heaps of laughs and seeing how God works everyone at the camp. This will be my 11th year and every camp is a totally different mix of games, themed dinners and memories.
Hey everyone! My name is Mevia and this will be my second Easter camp. I’ve been in youth ministry for 4 years now and I currently serve at PIPC Newton in Auckland Central. I’m excited to see what God is going to do through this Easter camp and the relationships that will be built. Grateful to be onboard and a part of all the action.
I’m from Greyfriars Eden Epsom Presbyterian as the youth worker. As well as that I am on the executive committee for he World Communion of Reformed Churches. This involves so advocacy and policy work and with lots of people. I love being involved at both levels but especially on the ground working with youth.
